Major League Baseball’s Chicago Cubs have promoted Shiraz Rehman to the position of assistant general manager. The Cubs will now have two assistant general managers, Rehman and Randy Bush, both of whom will report to General Manager Jed Hoyer. The 34-year-old Rehman joined Chicago in November of 2011 as assistant to the general manager after spending six seasons in the Arizona Diamondbacks’ front office.

With Arizona, he worked his way up to the position of Director of Player Personnel. Prior to that he held the titles of Director of Baseball Operations from 2009 to 2010, Manager of Baseball Operations from 2007 to 2008. He started with the Diamondbacks organization as a baseball operations assistant from 2005 to 2006. Rehman also worked under Cubs president of baseball operations Theo Epstein and general manager Jed Hoyer as an intern in the Boston Red Sox’s baseball operations department in 2005.

Rehman was named as an honorable mention on MLBTradeRumors’ list of top future GMs. He has a strong statistical background, as is the norm with those that work with Theo Epstein.  And Boston writer Gordon Edes once called Rehman a “statistical guru”. With Arizona, Rehman was responsible for arbitration, contracts, and some negotiations.  He also worked with the major league staff to execute major league transactions, waivers and rules compliance, and 40-man roster management.

Rehman is a 1999 graduate of McGill University in Ontario, Canada, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, and was a starting infielder on the baseball team for four years.  Prior to joining the Red Sox, he spent time as a commodities trader and financial consultant for more than five years and obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2006.

Towhid Noman honored with alumni award

TORONTO– Towhid Noman came to Canada as a 22 year old foreign student with limited English and little money from Bangladesh in 1982. After several years of struggle, he was admitted to  the University of Western Ontario, where he completed a degree in math and statistics. As a student he supported himself and helped his family in Bangladesh by working at two jobs 35 hours every weekend. He spent much of his scarce free time helping others in his immigrant community.

Noman went on to complete teacher training at the University of Windsor, eventually joining the Toronto District School Board in 1994, where he is now a special needs teacher. He continues to volunteer, this time in Toronto’s south Asian community, and gives his time as a tutor, counselor, mentor, advocate and organizer.

Among the many young people Noman has supported and mentored is Araf Khaled, who won the prestigious TD Canada Trust Community Leadership Scholarship in 2011.

On  Sept. 28th his wife and he joined UWO Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Amit Chakma attending the 38th Annual Awards Diner to receive his 2012 UWO Alumni Awards of Merit for outstanding community servces. Noman is the first Bangladeshi Canadian to receive Academic Award of Merit for Outstanding Community Services. Noman credits his mother and his wife and children as his inspiration.

University of Alaska gets its MSA

ANCHORAGE–Muslim students at the University of Alaska now have their own students association which is open to all. Our club is open to all students, no matter the religion, race or gender. It’s a good way to get together and enjoy our time on campus,” said Romal Safi, MSA club president and biological sciences student to the Northern Light newspaper.

Though MSA is a place where Muslim students can bond, pray and grow together, the ultimate mission is to bridge the gap with the other faiths and beliefs on campus.

Michigan, USA–As I sifted through the articles on cases when freedom of speech was limited, I realized more and more that the issue of “Innocence of Muslims” was more offensive than previously thought. While Muslims respect the freedom of speech presented in the United States by the First Amendment, we also strive for freedom of religion, as well as equality and justice. When a politician, organization, or even an individual (cue Mel Gibson) mention Israel in a negative light, perhaps to point out the many atrocities taking place in the occupied territories, then the declaration of anti-Semitism is thrown around and the speech is considered hateful and offensive.

Helen Thomas, a White House reporter for 57 years who covered every President from Eisenhower to Obama, spoke her mind about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in favor of the Palestinians, mentioning different points about Israeli aggression, such as the illegal settlements, occupied territories, and the destruction of countless Palestinian homes. She was immediately criticized for her statements and forced to resign three days later. She profoundly said about the matter, “You cannot criticize Israel in this country and survive.” Here in America we have the freedom to criticize the presidents and leaders, yet we cannot criticize a foreign government?

Another example is that of the Westboro Baptist Church, where protestors from the church held signs up at funerals of deceased military personnel, with statements such as “Not Blessed. Just cursed” or statements implying that homosexuality in America is the reason God has taken away these soldiers’ lives. In 2011, the Supreme Court ruled that the protests were protected under the First Amendment. However, a new bill, “The Honoring America’s Veterans and Caring for Camp Lejeune Families Act of 2012”, passed in August of 2012 and under this new legislation, protests are required to be at least 300 feet away from military funerals and forbidden two hours before and after a funeral service. This was passed as a result of nationwide attention labeling the Westboro protests as offensive. While these signs were indeed harmful and disrespectful, the nation rose up in defense of respect. The freedom of speech we have is not unconditional, as is evident in numerous historical cases.

If anything is to be learned from the “Innocence of Muslims” protests, it’s that Muslims love Prophet Muhammad more than their lives, families, and wealth. If respect is to be given to Israel for their occupation – which is political and not religious in nature – as well as families of the deceased, who were rightfully offended by the Westboro church, then can no respect be given to the 1.5 billion followers of the greatest man in history? The film was not educational in nature; it was pure mockery and soft-core pornography, beyond hate speech, insulting the number one most influential leader of all time, as was expressed by Michael Hart, author of The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History. Perhaps if there is one silver lining to observe from the protests, it’s that people worldwide became curious as to why Muslims revered Prophet Muhammad to such an extent. At least twenty acquaintances have asked me for a biography to fulfill their curiosity, and hopefully many more to come.

1.    I have not retired yet, so I don’t really need an estate plan…

Keep in mind that an estate plan does not always equate to having a Will or a Trust. It is always encouraged for young adults to have a Health Care and Financial Power of Attorney. A Health Care Power of Attorney allows you to designate an individual you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf when you are unable to do so yourself. By carrying such a document, you save your family from having to go through probate to choose and appoint a guardian for you. Also, it is always suggested to have your own wishes laid out for them so they know what you intended to do.

2.    I have no idea who to appoint as Guardians for my children, so I am waiting…

Remember, if you aren’t able to decide on guardians for your children, are you willing to let the court decide for you? Knowing this is one of the most important estate planning decisions one has to make, it is evident how important it is to make it yourself. A guardian is the person you choose to care for your children and raise them when you are unable or deceased. When deciding, there are many factors to take into consideration: (a) location; (b) marital status; (c) religious beliefs; (d) do they have children of their own; (e) financial constraints; and (f) special needs of your children. With all these factors and the importance of making sure you select the right person, do the right thing and make the selection yourself as opposed to having the court decide for you.

3.    I am far too busy, and doing an Estate Plan is so complicated…

We are all busy. Everyone has a million and one excuses to not do something. The most unexpected and often tragic events occur when we are busy. Even through your busy schedule, you should make it a priority to complete your estate plan. The goal should be to protect yourself and your family regardless of your “busy” schedule. Estate planning is exactly that, “planning.” Give yourself the “peace of mind” and get it done, because when that unexpected tragic event occurs, not only will your family be grieving about the unfortunate situation, but will then have to deal with unwanted attorneys and courts to manage your assets.

4.    It is far too expensive to do an Estate Plan…

Far too often, people put off their estate plan because they feel the cost doesn’t justify the rewards, and they are simply giving money away. I often tell them to consider estate planning as an investment for now and the future. Not many people realize that by not having an estate plan can actually cost you thousands of dollars more than actually have one done. More often than not, an estate plan will save you money in the long-run.

So if you feel you have no time, find the time and get your estate plan done; because it doesn’t just help you, but it makes life easier for your loved ones.

This morning Gail, my hairdresser told me an interesting story. Some years ago, she had a dream that her mother had died, and during the funeral her father sighed, “If only she had gone to the doctor!” She and her mother speak almost daily on the phone, so Gail mentioned the dream in passing. A couple weeks later her mother told her that she was supposed to go in for a chest scan but had not made the appointment until after Gail had that dream. The scan showed that she had Stage 1 lung cancer.

“Is your mother still alive?” I asked. Yes! Gail’s mother is not only alive but well – thanks to early detection and treatment, something very rare with lung cancer, which is usually only detected in its final and fatal stages. Not normally mystical in her orientation, Gail explained that “God usually talks to me in the daytime, not in dreams.” But because at that time, she happened to be reading the story of the Prophet Joseph (sa) in the Bible, she took this dream more seriously than she had taken other dreams.

Most of us have had times in our lives when we allowed our creative intelligence take priority over our academic training or rational intelligence. Sometimes following our dreams can lead us to great things, and other times it can provide us with a deep and abiding lesson about the laws of cause and effect.

Einstein said that no problem can be solved on the same mental level as it was created. He experienced many of his brainy “jumps” to unique conclusions of various long-unsolved problems at completely random moments such as while riding the bus, simply allowing his mind to wander freely.

Solving problems creatively by overriding dominant patterns of thinking requires the ability to make subconscious connections between billions of memories of thoughts and impressions; bring that information into personal consciousness in a clear moment’ and translate this raw data into words and pictures, so that this information could then be transmitted to other human beings. Creative intelligence incorporates yet supersedes both emotional and rational intelligence, because it tunes into and taps into the Divine Spirit which is beyond ego.

How do we become creative and spiritual human beings?

“Failure often overwhelms people who desire, or think they desire, to take up and maintain a spiritual orientation to life. This is so because the ego is the greatest test there is. We may wake up any morning with the firmest resolve that we will concentrate only on the purest, most blessed, and highest thoughts. Yet all it takes is a phone call, telling us that we are overdrawn at the bank, or that the children have broken a window, and before we know what has happened, we have lost our concentration. Only later in the afternoon do we recall our resolution to remember God. Therefore, one must constantly restate and restart one’s intention all the time. At first, it may be difficult, and failures may occur. But sooner than one would imagine, the intention leads to a habit, the most positive habit possible. After a time, you don’t forget,” writes Shaykh Hakim Moinuddin Chishti in his “Book of Sufi Healing.”

Chishti concludes, “Thus with obedience and the grace of Allah does the soul progress from its state at inception – of helpless egotism – to divine unity, if Allah wills it.”

As parents, is there a way to help our children develop habits that will lead to creative intelligence? How do we help them move from a state of mind where the world exists only to meet the child’s needs, to a state of mind where a person develops, who wants to honor the Creator through service?

“Children with creative intelligence have a more developed sense of imagination. They can play games with a few blocks or faceless dolls. They often create imaginary friends. They don’t need a lot to be stimulated. When too much is done for them, they don’t develop their imagination,” writes popular psychologist John Gray, PhD, in “Children Are From Heaven.”

“Too much TV, where images are visual, can weaken children’s ability to imagine. Just as every intelligence grows by being used, a creative intelligence grows when imagination is stimulated, enabling children to think differently. They succeed in life where others fail because they can look at things in a new and different way,” Gray concludes.

“Because the images from television and the movies are so powerful and change so quickly, children often do not understand the story line, and are left imitating the rapid movements and the elements that make the strongest impressions: chasing, shooting, crashing, and so on,” writes Waldorf educator Rahima Baldwin-Dancy in “You Are Your Child’s First Teacher.”

“As a preschool and kindergarten teacher, I observed a dramatic difference in the quality of the play of children who did not watch television. Their inside play was much more imaginative and more likely to have a story line, compared to the running around and catching one another that was dominant with the other children.”

Since God is the Creator, developing creative intelligence requires aligning our consciousness with His, and often this is helped along by tuning into our subconscious inner symbolism. So, in a lot of ways, the less we do and the less input we give our children, the better. Instead of teaching them anything in particular, we can help them find what is within themselves, simply by eliminating distractions.

Crater Lake–Nr.Klamath Falls (Ore.)

Sitting here in one of the stunningly mysterious of places in North America, where a cone of an ancient volcano has collapsed, and filled with free-flowing water to form a bottomless lake.  It is hard to contemplate the clouds of war, coalescing over the Middle East, of which this Imperial Homeland — that contains this mysterious Lake –is an actor.

Yet, missing from the debate within this hot pursuit of war against Iran is the cost to the innocent human bystanders of a strike –- especially Iranian civilians — against the country’s nuclear sites. 

According to a recent report, published by an Iranian-American scientist, Khosrow Semanani who has a background in industrial nuclear waste and chemicals, the result would be long-lasting and devastating.

Khosrow Semnani contends in his eighty-page monograph, The Ayatollah’s Nuclear Gamble (the Hinckley Institute of Politics & the Omid for Iran; (http://bit.ly/QWCZIa); the University of Utah; Provo; 2012; free that militarily striking Iran’s nuclear sites, to where the IAEA (the International Atomic Energy Agency) has attested that an inventoried three hundred and seventy-one metric tons of uranium hexafluoride has been stored. 

This chemical (uranium hexafluoride) alone could ravage the lives of, not only the Revolutionary Guards and scientific workers at or near these sites, but could endanger innocent non-combatants as well.  Further any “hit” there would ransack their civilizational heritage for those who would survive. 

The reason for this bleak assessment is that a large percentage of Persians are concentrated near the target zones, and they would be exposed to highly toxic chemical fumes and radioactive fallout.

Such plumes, in accord with the mentioned by-product to any assaults against Iran’s experimental nuclear faculties, could “destroy…lungs, [and] blind….severely; burn skin and damage other tissues and vital organs,” in accordance to Semnani’s self-funded research.

Further, the chief investigator states that unlike traditional explosions, the risks to civilians would extend “well beyond those killed from exposure to the thermal and blast injuries at the nuclear sites.”

Curiously, the potentialities outlined above may have a glimmer of hope in regards to its policy implications.  That is, restraining a possible military onslaught for its dis-palatability for the potential assailant’s public.

“This material [uranium hexafluoride] is extremely toxic in both the short-term and the long-term,” Semnani avers estimating between 5,000 through 80,000 will fall immediately:  The rest over a twenty year period.

Khosrow Semnani, although this study suggests a definite political stance shaping his view of the geo-political world, the motivation to publish this work from his own pocket are altruistic, for he desires policymakers to consider the “human dimension” when considering military action.

He is not a player in U.S. policy creation, but he does have an interest through his ancestral antecedents. Therefore, being an Iranian in exile, he does seem to lean towards favoring regime change; accepting the Israeli political assessment of the crisis.  Even so, independent “experts” on the Persian Gulf region have testified to his scientific expertise, and the probable correctness of his scientific conclusions.

Their assessments are that he went to “considerable lengths” to make his model as trustworthy as the accessible data would allow him to do.  Although I, personally, had misgivings in that he was a Persian-American, and most Iranian ex-pats are living here because they are not comfortable with the political environs of their own natal homeland, and, as alluded to above, find Tehran’s regimen to be obnoxious.  Hence, there was much in his political science that displaced this e-booklet askew for me. 

Thus, I sent it out to four individuals who were qualified to investigate his scientific research.  What I did receive back was not encouraging regarding uranium hexafluoride (which is not used in most other nuclear programs for non- or peaceful ends:  From a bio-physicist, “…Irradiation effects are bad enough, but pale compared to this toxic effect.”    

Therefore, I passed on all the information upon which I am composing this essay to my colleague in Lebanon, who writes in Arabic, but is respected in the Shia world to get the above mentioned monograph to the attention of Persia’s scientific community to urge them to move any redundant uranium hexafluoride away from the threatened target zones near densely populated districts to safer locales until this stupidity subsides! I, also, urge my readers here upon the Observer, if they have any connection to that community scientific community to point out the study to which I have allude.

ISTANBUL (Reuters) – Turkey scrambled fighters to force a Syrian passenger plane to land on Wednesday, suspecting it of carrying military equipment from Moscow, while Turkey’s military chief warned of a more forceful response if shelling continued to spill over the border.

Military jets escorted the Damascus-bound Airbus A-320, carrying around 30 passengers, into the airport in Ankara hours after Turkey’s chief of staff said his troops would respond with greater force if bombardments from Syria kept hitting Turkish territory, Turkish state-run television said.

“We are determined to control weapons transfers to a regime that carries out such brutal massacres against civilians. It is unacceptable that such a transfer is made using our airspace,” Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said.

“Today we received information this plane was carrying cargo of a nature that could not possibly be in compliance with the rules of civil aviation,” he said in Athens during an official visit, in comments broadcast live on Turkish television.

Davutoglu said Turkey was within its rights to investigate planes suspected to be carrying military materials and that the plane would be allowed to continue if it was found to be clean. He declined to comment on what the banned materials might be.

He said Turkey would continue to investigate Syrian civilian aircraft using its airspace.

He also said Syrian airspace was no longer safe and that Turkish passenger planes should not fly there. A Reuters witness at the border saw at least one passenger plane turn around as it approached Syria and head back into Turkey on Wednesday.

More than 18 months into the battle for Syria, an estimated 30,000 people are dead and the country is disintegrating.

Rebels are outgunned by the government but can still strike at will, and President Bashar al-Assad has assumed personal command of his forces, convinced he can prevail militarily.

Meanwhile, the conflict threatens to spill over Syria’s borders and ignite a wider Middle Eastern war, drawing in neighboring states and pitting Sunni Muslim states against Syria’s rulers and their allies including Shi’ite Iran.

Russia, from where the Syrian plane took off, is one of Assad’s closest remaining allies and has blocked tougher U.N. resolutions against Damascus.

“Once a week a Syrian Airlines airplane flies from Moscow bound for Damascus,” Interfax reported Vnukovo Airport spokeswoman Yelena Krylova as saying. “The plane took off normally, there were no incidents.”

Interfax cited her as saying 25 people were on board and that it was a charter plane. It was supposed to depart at 15:06, but left 20 minutes late.

Turkey’s armed forces have bolstered their presence along the 900-km (560-mile) border and have been firing back over the past week in response to gunfire and shelling coming across from northern Syria, where Assad’s forces have been battling rebels who control swathes of territory.

Several mortar bombs landed outside the Syrian border town of Azmarin and heavy machinegun fire could be heard as clashes between the Syrian army and rebels intensified.

Plumes of smoke rose into the sky and cries of “God is Greatest” rang out between the bursts of gunfire.

“We responded but if it continues we will respond with greater force,” state television TRT quoted Turkey’s Chief of Staff, General Necdet Ozel, as saying.

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on Tuesday the military alliance had plans in place to defend Turkey.

Sanctuary

It is not clear whether the shells that have hit Turkish territory were aimed to strike there or were due to Syrian troops overshooting as they attacked rebel positions. Turkey has provided sanctuary for rebel officers and fighters.

General Ozel visited the family of five civilians killed last week by a Syrian mortar strike in the town of Akcakale, before flying to a military base further east.

Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan, once an ally of Assad but now one of his harshest critics, said in Istanbul that Turkey’s objective was to secure peace and stability in the region, not to interfere in Syria’s domestic politics.

“We warned Assad. We reminded him of the reforms he should introduce … unfortunately the Assad regime didn’t keep its promises to the world and its own people,” Erdogan said.

“Nobody should or can expect us to remain silent in the face of the violent oppression of people’s rightful demands.”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said 70 people had been killed across Syria on Wednesday, including six rebels in the strategic town of Maarat al-Nuaman, on the north-south highway linking Aleppo to the capital Damascus.

Activists and rebels had said on Tuesday that the insurgents seized control of the town after a 48-hour battle but clashes continued in and around Maarat al-Nuaman on Wednesday.

Syrians Flee Across River

Scores of Syrian civilians, many of them women with screaming children clinging to their necks, crossed a narrow river marking the border with Turkey as they fled the fighting in Azmarin and surrounding villages.

Residents from the Turkish village of Hacipasa helped pull them across in small metal boats.

“The firing started getting intense last night. Some people have been killed, some are lying wounded on the road,” said a 55-year-old woman, Mune, who fled Azmarin and sat with several adults and about 20 children outside a house in Hacipasa.

“People want to escape but they can’t. Many have settled in a field outside the town and are trying to come,” she said, describing how she had helped ferry the children over another point in the river in a metal bowl used for wheat.

Doctors and volunteers set up makeshift first-aid points on both sides of the frontier. A Turkish ambulance and several minibuses and cars waited to take the more seriously wounded to the main city of Antakya or district hospitals.

“Don’t take me across, take me back. I want to return and fight,” said one man being carried on a stretcher, his T-shirt stained with blood.

A sharp rise in casualties in Syria in the past month indicates the growing intensity of the conflict, which spiraled from peaceful protests against Assad’s rule in March 2011 into a full-scale civil war.

The Syrian government said on Wednesday that an appeal by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for a ceasefire was only acceptable if the rebel forces agreed to abide by it too.

“We requested the Secretary General to send delegates to the relevant countries, specifically Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey, because those are the countries that finance, shelter, train and arm these armed groups, so that they can show their commitment to stopping these acts,” a Foreign Ministry spokesman said.

The Swiss government on Wednesday toughened up rules to prevent weapons sold to one country being re-exported to areas of conflict after Swiss-made grenades turned up in Syria.

The move comes after an investigation found that the United Arab Emirates had given Jordan grenades sold by Switzerland in 2003 and 2004 which later were channeled to Syria.

U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said on Wednesday U.S. military planners were in Jordan to help the government grapple with Syrian refugees, bolster its military capabilities and prepare for any trouble with Syrian chemical weapons stockpiles.

After many long years of hard work, dedication, imagination, and anticipation, the tireless efforts of many came into fruition in front of hundreds just last weekend. On Saturday, September 15, over 500 Hyderabadis from across the US and Canada gathered at Ashyana Banquet Hall to celebrate the 10th anniversary of CharminarConnection.org. Its hard to believe that the Charminar Connection has already been around for ten years. Growing up, I would always hear about Charminar Connection and the various events that it hosted, but I never really understood the magnitude of it until very recently. This past summer while visiting my grandfather, Mirza Ahmed Baig, in California, I witnessed all of the behind-the-scenes planning that went into the 10th Anniversary Dinner. He was constantly on the phone and answering emails, making sure everything would gosmoothly, and boy was it a success!

Mr. Pervaiz Baig, founder Charminar Connection, welcomed the great gathering of Hyderabadies. The celebration, which was emceed by Mr. Hyder Syed,  kicked off with the presentation of flowers to Mirza Ahmed Baig, Pervaiz Baig, and Faiz Khan by Mr. Malik Khan. This was followed by a fashion show, which was sponsored by Raaz Boutique. The theme of the fashion show was a traditional Hyderabadi shaadi, complete with a bride, groom, and bridesmaids, not to mention traditional Hyderabadi attire. The dresses were beautiful, of course, but the highlight of the night was the hysterical skit written by Ms. Laiq Owaisi, and performed by four hilarious ladies, who had the entire party laughing until there were tears in their eyes. After the introduction of all present Charminar contributors, and countless others who made the event possible, then came the presentation of several awards to those who admirably represented the Hyderabadi community  in arts, languages, medicine, literature, community service and architecture. The night concluded with a wonderful performance from Javid Raza, who serenaded the audience with their favorite songs from Old Bollywood.

As someone who was born and raised in the US, I was more than happy to embrace my Indian heritage.

The CharminarConnection 10th Anniversary Dinner epitomized Hyderabadi culture at its best. Everyone showed up in shalwar kamis and sherwanis and rumi topis, and for a moment, it was as if the room had been transported back to Old Hyderabad. Everyone was having a good time and socializing, and I finally understood why my Nana is so enamored with the city. It’s not often that one witnesses such a fine display of one’s own culture, especially after moving half way around the world. As the waiters passed around copious amounts of lukhmi samosas, the entire hall was full of the appreciative croons of hungry guests. The dinner included two types of biryani, kebab, bagara baingan, and warm, soft, buttered naan. Everyone received a parting gift of delicious, sweet, Badam ke jaali, artfully prepared by Vilayath Sadiq.

The anniversary dinner went off without a hitch, and I am extremely proud of my grandfather and my uncles Pervaiz Baig, and Q. Ali Yar Khan, for what they accomplished that night. Not only did they manage to host a successful, entertaining celebration, but they were also able to bring people together. My Nana, for example, proudly told me about friends that he has managed to keep in touch with since high school, finally seeing them in person for the first time in almost fifty years on Saturday. The Charminar Connection Anniversary Dinner, much like the CC website, miraculously brought together old friends and new ones, and helped build and sustain long-lasting relationships through the bonds of tehzeeb and culture. Others whose contribution led to Saturday’s success include: Sabera Yar Khan, Mr. Hasan Chishti, Zaineb Ekbal, Mr. M.A.K. Iqbal, Laique Owaisi Khan, Mr. Khaja Kamaluddin, Zehra Rahman Khan, Mr. Sharafat Hussain, & Asfia Iqbal.
