Grounding /Earthing means getting connected with the planet earth and involves the activity like walking barefoot outside or connecting soles of feet with earth.

It is worth to note that fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants because they absorb this negative charge from the earth and good to cure inflammation whereas grounding is a direct source of antioxidants.

Technically, inflammation means an excess of protons or positive charge in the body which needs to be balanced out by negatively charged electrons of the earth for eradicating harmful free radicals.

It has been observed that Intermittent fasting improves the overall function of the human body eg enhance DNA repair, reduce inflammation, blood sugar control and improves brain function.
Sunlight Vitamin: Excess of Vitamin level like greater than 70 ng/ml considered to be toxic and associated with bone loss, heart disease, and other soft tissue calcification and may cause irreversible damage to health.
